SUPER, SUPER 8!

My heart skipped a beat while shooting on location yesterday. I was standing next to a book shelf in-between takes and my eye was caught by something near by… Stacked amongst boxed software and A4 ring binders was a mint, unopened, still shrink-wrapped copy of the The Muppet Movie on Super 8!
One of my favourite films. Ever!

There are no words to describe this… I can link so many things in my life that I care about to this film… and to have it on Super8. Holy Hell. Projection Party downstairs at Bird!!!

Same… all I want to do is thread it up in my Dads old S8 projector and cast it up on a wall… but alas… I put it back where I found it… hence this photo is all I have to remind me of it’s potential beauty.
Must… not… search… ‘Mint, still shrink-wrapped, Muppet Movie, Super 8′ on… Ebay…!
